At Utter Shelter, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. We offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original condition—unused, unworn, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please email us at support@uttershelter.com. Once your return request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send your package. Please note that returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you find any damages, defects, or receive the wrong item, contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and work with you to resolve it promptly.
Exchanges
For exchanges, we recommend returning the original item first. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the correct item. This ensures a quicker and smoother exchange process.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us at support@uttershelter.com as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we will issue a full refund. If it has already been shipped, you may return it following our standard return process.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to reflect the refund in your account.
Utter Shelter does not charge any restocking fees. Our return process is simple, transparent, and hassle-free.

Disputes & Chargebacks
We are here to help and can resolve most issues directly. We strongly encourage you to contact us at support@uttershelter.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank. A chargeback is a lengthy process that can often be avoided, and we can typically resolve your concern much faster.
Please note that any fraudulent chargebacks (filing a dispute for an order you genuinely received) will be investigated and may be reported as theft.
